Nightmare House on Atlantic Avenue.
It does not have to be Halloween to enjoy a little scare, and if you do not mind being frightened you should head over to Nightmare Mansion on Atlantic Ave in Virginia Beach’s oceanfront.
It is hard to miss attraction, especially with the large creepy skeleton head gazing maliciously down on you as you walk by, that along with the two doormen, the ever popular undead, waiting to usher you in. For $7, you can pay to have these people scare, and thrill you as you venture through the halls of the Haunted Mansion.
While of course I am not going to explain in detail what happens inside, that would ruin the attraction, I will say you should expect to be surprised quite a bit during your stay. I know for certain that my wife did not expect much out of it and neither did I, but after experiencing it, I can say they did a great job. We both enjoyed ourselves and would suggest to anyone willing to drop in and become a guest at Nightmare Mansion. It will not take up much of your time, and you can even bring your kids.
