WAVES National, a volunteer, nonprofit organization for sea service women, will hold it's biennial convention at the Norfolk Waterside Marriott, 23-29 August. The organization was established in 1979 to support women veterans of the US Navy, Coast Guard, Marine Corps, Navy Nurse Corps, Maritime Service and the British WRENS, active or reserve.
