at Virginia Beach Oceanfront
There's no cost at all. There's a star-spangled celebration on the Virginia Beach oceanfront. There will be concerts, rock performances, tribute bands, fireworks, and more will be featured. Many musicians that are all volunteers, play with the Virginia Beach Symphony Orchestra. Also with the Virginia Beach Chorale. It'll also include patriotic, Broadway, and classical selections.
