People in line at banks
People are incredible. They go up to a drive through teller totally unprepared. Oh, I'm sorry, did I need to endorse that check that I am trying to cash? I don't have a pen, can you send one out? This pen isn't the right color. Then after 10 volleys with the teller, they finally conclude their business. But do they pull away within a reasonable amount of time? NOOOOO! Because now they have to put away their license, and dig through their purses, and then locate the gas pedal, which has somehow been misplaced!
It's maddening!!!
