Alcohol isn't at issue.
You're attempting to make the point that smoking dope doesn't impair the driver, or that the driver, by his own paranoia will overcome the inebriating effects.
So my response is that's having lived through my own stupid abuse of pot and much MUCH more, I have quite a bit of real-world experience and know this to be completeley false.
I considered the minor issues you raise about alcohol being made illegal and general effects of alcohol (socio-economic and physical) as rhetorical since they're only being brought up to support your main (flawed) argument.
