They drop the raise percentages down again this year (so you can't even afford to keep up with inflation), create a bunch of new groups, move key people from their current positions to some of the new groups, both groups are now understaffed, they add more work, expect more productivity and then wonder why the hell you can't get your job done in 8 hours.
