Should Parents Start a Kid Out w/ Their First Car? What do you guys think?
Right now I'm p*ssed that the parents won't help me with college, yet alone get a decent car. They've had 18 years to save, both of them, but I'm now with my mom, not able to do much (parents split). She's now trying to scrounge up cash for a car under 2 grand (ridiculous) while she's been telling me to, "get a job" for the past few months. How the Jesus does she expect me to get there without relying on her??
I called my dad up in PA and asked for the $800 he owes me from bets and he says he doesn't have it, yet he was about to buy furniture and has been looking for a new house. Is this selfish of them or just not sensible on my part??
