Morons in the shop

What is seriously wrong with mechanics and auto technicians?

I walk into Wal-Mart a few days ago with my used rims/tire combo from eBay. I tell the tire guy that I want the rims off the tires because the tires are too big and will rub the wheel well. He literally takes 5 minutes to comprehend what I want done while chatting with his friends then ends up asking 4 questions, all asking the same thing but differently worded. 8 hours later after the place is closed, I walk over to TLE and find the tires still on the rims just sitting on the floor. They didn't even bother to tell their customer that they didn't have the necessary equipment to remove the tires.

So the next day I take them to GoodYear. I ask the guy,
bot: "do you do tire rotations here?"
guy:"yeah"
bot:"ok. I've got some rims in the back seat of my car and the trunk, I just need the tires off the rims."
guy: "not a problem"
bot: "how long will this take?"
guy: "like 2 hours or so"

I walk back 2 hours later and their like, "um...your bolts aren't long enough and the tire is nearly rubbing." So I'm standing there... ... thinking

1. I never asked moron to put the rims on
2. Thanks captain obvious, I already knew it won't work as it is
3. I never even asked for a rotation.
4. I asked him to remove the tires.

I wouldn't trust any of these monkeys to work on any car. They're like highschool dropouts but dumber. Jesus H Christ
