You need to remember the level of employee that you are dealing with at Wal-mart. Most are either kids just doing it for extra money or older, retired people. They really haven't got much to lose anyway, so they do what they want to. It's like being a parent to a bunch of juveniles. Although now that I think of it, it's the same in the corporate world also. So you're doomed either way. Have a nice career in management.
