The Bush administration can go ahead with a pilot program to allow as many as 100 Mexican trucking companies to freely haul their cargo anywhere within the U.S. for the next year, a federal appeals court ruled Friday.

Ok, here's what I don't like about this plan.

1. This plan eliminates the U.S. truckers from hauling these products, as well as the back haul business.
2. Mexico does not have the same safety requirements as the U.S. does for their vehicles.
3. If their trucks are involved in an accident, the company is not headquartered in the U.S. Therefore, you don't know if you'll ever receive fair (if any) compensation for vehicle damage, or (God forbid) loss of life.
4. This is a prime method for smuggling drugs, weapons, illegals, and terrorists.
5. This opens the door for a United States of North America (similar to the European Union), where the U.S. would submit to a North American alliance constitution, currency, etc. In short, we would lose our sovereignty.

NO!
