Merry Christmas around town

I was driving around yesterday, and noticed that a majority of the businesses had purposely placed "Merry Christmas" on their business signs. Typically you see a combination of that and Happy Holidays (even before the ACLU, et al made a big deal about not using the word Christmas). It was like they were all taking a shot at the ACLU. I love it!

I saw it as American businesses saying a big f- you to the people who were ranting last year.

I noticed the Salvation Army people that sit outside the doors at Wal-Mart were actually saying Merry Christmas too, last year I remember them saying Happy Holidays.

They are not being allowed at many of the malls any more. So, I found a store where the lady was setting up and gave a donation. I told her I appreciated her coming out and I was glad that the store allowed the Salvation Army to be there. I hope that sends a good message.

I just wish they'd give the bell a rest.

Lol, yeah that gets a little annoying. But there was some guy in a city by mine that stole one of those buckets and they say he got away with about $400. That pissed me off.

Who steals a bucket when you can steal walmart's war-cart at night with probably 30-100k in it, cash?
