Disney Theme park tells man who resembles and dresses like Santa Claus to either drop his costume or leave the resort.

I'm kind-a split over this one.

Yeah - seems to suck that this guy was dressed like, looked like and was playing Santa and thrilling lots of kids.

However, it's Disney's turf. One would definitely think he's there on behalf of the park.

Back in my youth when I was a "Rock Star", if someone jumped up on my stage while I was performing, they got their asses unceremoniously booted the hell off in a hurry. That whole park really is Disney's stage.

I think perhaps Disney did what they needed to but could have handled it better. Then again, I don't know all the facts.
