Dead battery

I knew it was about to die, and yet I didn't go out an buy a new battery. Now I am pissing and moaning that the snake won't start. I even tried that thing called Simple Start. That doesn't work. Serves me right.

When in for service, I had them put a new battery in mine a couple of years back - when it was about 5 years old. (shit I'm due again).

I have a trickle charger for my Hog, and I use it on the snake sometimes too.

That 488 is a big load to crank over and needs a STRONG battery.

Under hood behind drivers side wheel - there should be a red cap covering the "+" terminal.

Then, about a foot underneath that there's a bolt that provides a chassis ground.
