The mother of a kindergartner was charged with assault Thursday and banned from school after officials said she walked into the child's classroom, pointed a toy cap gun at students and pulled the trigger several times.


Assault charges? Aren't we going a bit too far with this?

They're all freaking out because of the nutball at VT.

That mother is an ass, but I don't see how anyone can consider that assault.

Whether she was making a statement or not regarding the VT shootings, it doesn't matter. No one does this and it's never happened in that type of environment. I say throw her into a wood chipper.
