A federal judge on Thursday struck down the city of Hazleton's tough crackdown on illegal immigrants, ruling unconstitutional a law that has been emulated by towns and cities around the nation.


Judicial tyrrany. Who cares what the people want. It's now a government of the judges, by the judges and for the judges.

Amazing how it's unconstitutional to enforce our own laws.

I have a real hard time believing that our founding fathers intended the constitution to give more rights to law breakers than it does to law abiding citizens.

I keep hearing and seeing protesters screaming racism. They have no idea what racism is. It's not racist for us to want our government to enforce our laws. That's like saying that most violent gang members out there are either Black or Hispanic therefore if we make laws against gangs that's racist because it targets a specific race. It's not our fault that most gang members are a certain race. Just like it not our fault that people crossing our borders illegally happen to be mostly mexican! It's not about keeping mexicans out. It's about keeping our people safe and knowing who's in our country.

I just wish I had all the constitutional rights and other benefits that the illegals do.
