If the driver refuses the breath test a second time after being shown the warrant, the officer will transport the person to a local hospital to have blood drawn. That test can't be refused, and blood will be taken with or without the consent of the driver. The expense for the blood test, about $100, will be charged to the driver.


I think it's wrong to drink and drive, but so much for your rights.
