I just love this

Up until about a week ago, Harris County (covers greater Houston area) had a deal where they would not book illegals that they picked up. That is until last week when an illegal who was picked up and released, later killed 3 people when he was driving drunk.

I wonder why no one was ever made aware that we don't book and process illegals. What a load of crap.
