A New Jersey couple, whose son was struck in the chest with a line drive and is now disabled, is planning to sue the maker of a metal baseball bat used in the game.

And if they make the kiddies play with wooden bats again, are they going to sue the lumber industry if another kid gets hurt? Accidents happen. Get over it.
