Registered sex offenders

Registered sex offenders in the state will be required to register any e-mail address, user name or instant message screen name, along with their given name, place of residence and any crime for which they’ve been charged.

They can't even get them to register with cops, much less all this crap.

How about just throw them in jail and leave 'em there to rot and die. That way it's all a moot point.

We know these people can't be cured, so lets cut our losses and maybe protect a few people at the same time.

I should know that the sex offenders are victims of society's arbitrary rules.

After all, who says it shoudl really be wrong to grab a 13 year old girl off the street in front of her school, rape her and kill her. I mean, different people and cultures have different values.
