Harris county said no way to opening up the Astrodome to any storm refugees this time around. They say that it didn't make sense to move them from one affected area to another potentially affected area. That's just a nice way of saying that we're tired of the increased crime rate because of the Katrina "victims". I think the only victims here are the Houston taxpayers.
