Why are there handicap parking spots in front of workout facilities? I see these people get out of their vehicles and go in to work out. They can't walk 20 feet to the front door, but they can get on a treadmill for an hour every morning.

I see the same thing at my gym and think what the bloody hell. It makes no sense

When I see someone doing that - I like to point out to them that those spots are for PHYSICALLY handicapped people - not MENTALLY handicapped people.
