Dig your own!

Teachers and officials in Uganda are desperately trying to flush out the villagers who are breaking into schools to use their toilets. Some break padlocks and brave barbed wire to use the facilities meant for children, because they do not have pit latrines in their own homes. The extra use means the school toilets fill up fast and new ones must be dug." ... "One teacher said the trespassers should be arrested and paraded naked in front of the children to discourage others.

Ah yes, the progressive people of Uganda.

Gee - I wonder why the children there grow up to be so SCREWED UP?

Let that whole continent rot and die. It can't be saved. Treat it like a cancer.

They should try a "trickle-down" theory to solve their problem. Actually, it would be a "trickle-up", but, they really should consider the idea of letting the poor Ugandans use the "pit latrines" of the more wealthy Ugandans, and let the "rich-er" ones use the school's pit latrines. This would be more Sanitary.

And the students have to excrete where the poor people sleep.

Well, it rhymes.
