IMHO - Land surfing is a sport. An activity or hobby if you will. I can't see how anyone could possibly be offended by it

I saw somwhere else where steve made a comment about this being a family board. Of course, that still leaves some wiggle room. After all - look at the Osbournes. They're a family!
