Popeye Balcom
Popeye Balcom put up a garage sale sign saying African Americans and Hispanics are NOT welcome. Popeye says he doesn't want African Americans and Hispanics to steal something from his sale.

He goes by Popeye, wears a Ku-Klux-Klan shirt and sometimes sports a white bed-sheet. But Popeye Balcom claims he's not racist. He claims he just doesn't want to listen to their shit.



I believe the name Popeye says it all.
