So the National Guard is going back to patrol New Orleans. Why don't we just flood the city and turn it into a marshland for the migrating birds. That ought to make the tree huggers happy.

Now they're saying that the National Guard is being brought in to help with the violence so that police can be freed up to do other things.

Like freakin what? That's your damn job!
