A 4-year-old died Tuesday after a 40-inch television fell on him inside a home in Orange County.

And now the electronics are in on it.

They'll sue the home builder too. They should have anticipated where the TV would be and angle that portion of the floor to lean slightly toward the wall, so it would not have fallen on the child. How careless of them!
