The Mexican government announced today that it plans to fight the execution in the United States of a Mexican man known as the Railroad Killer based on the argument that he is mentally unstable.


Good. We'll send him back, plus a million illegals and we'll call it square.

I think we should release him in areas where the majority of the poulation are illegals.

In fact, this could be a pilot program.

If it works, I'm sure we could work out something with the arians too.

Just don't tell anyone when the program is over, all participants need to be killed.
