Is the Gen III trying to look like the Vette or is the Vette trying to look like the Gen III ????

They're probably the same designers. Outsourced Indian contractors.

Look at the lines from the front. They're almost identical. If the Viper didn't have those two stripes, it might have taken me a few seconds to know which was which. A damn shame.

From the back theyre still very different.

I foudn this an intersting comparison being they were just about the same color too.
