Some f'n dickweed decides to cut me off on the freeway today. So we slow down and I notice something looks weird on his front tire. It has a huge grapefruit-size bulge in it, and it looks like it's going to blow at any moment. Then I look at the rear tire. It's so freakin worn that there is no more tread and the belt is showing completely through.

I wouldn't want to be him at any rate of speed over 30mph.
