New Pedals

Well I finally ordered a new set of pedals for the snake.

Went with the Snake Oyl - carbon fiber ones.

Will see if this will help heel-toe downshifting

At the very least, I'll stop having to replace the rubber on the brake pedal every 10,000 miles

I was looking at those last year, but couldn't find the right kind. I don't want the crappy ones that are stick on.

This is what I got. It doesn't say anything other than "Easy Installation"

If they're stick on - I may send them back. Or, maybe I'll modify them and make them bolt on.

So you're doing mods too Chrish? This is like wild fire. I just bought a new grill and clear corners. Maybe Haul will get stripes?

Got 'em today. Look Good.

They don't glue. Two install options are to drill the factory pedal (metal) and bolt down -or - clamp on with metal bands and bolts.

I'm more inclined to drill and bolt. The idea of the brake pedal coming off at a bad time don't sit well with me...
