Internet Connection for PS2 (Baseball, anyone?)

The only game I play on my PS2 is MLB 2006 and I have the internet connection. I've never used it and it was a Christmas present in 2004.

It's hard to find Baseball lovers, it seems. We need a Major League team, how awesome would that be. One big-wig decides to move his team to Virginia Beach, build a stadium, and it'd transform the beach into something "out-of-this-world".

I read a stat somewhere that Virginia Beach was the most densely populated city without a professional sports team.

Personally, I wish they would bring the NBA here.

That's a nice stat to bring to the town hall meeting.

Whatever professional franchise they bring here will have a lot of support from people living up to D.C., down to Charlotte. If they did bring one here, they'd, probably, get nervous and put the stadium out by Independence or Witchduck.

A beautiful baseball stadium near Rudee Inlet, so England can see that Virginia Beach has a Baseball team.

As far as winter sports, then you're relying on, mostly, the native population of the area. Either way, I think Football weather will be too cold. I like Virginia Beach because you have the rich and the poor, but they're all used to warm weather, 85% of the year, and, I think, a warm weather sport would be better.

But, then again, that soccer team isn't exactly drawing record numbers, are they?

I think I'm going to have to go to the next meeting -- and gather topics of interest to post here.

We're starting to get some lurkers.

Once I have a little more traffic in here, I'm going to advertise virginiabeach.com all over the southside.
