Wow, talk about a seabreeze.
If you don't know, Franklin is less than 50 miles (approx.) inland.

Representing some 80,000 Virginia nurses, the association declared last week that it "will continue" to seek the regularization of medical marijuana as a therapeutic substance." And it's weird how Hurricane Isabel hammered Franklin as a tropical storm,after passing through the Beach as a Hurricane. Or was that Hurricane Floyd? Yeah, it was. About, seven years ago, when Franklin was under water.
