Yes, a good place to go is the Flea Market of Norfolk, where they have the Smoke Shop.

The Flea Market is open on the weekends. The House Of Glass (not the Smoke Shop) is at 3416 Norfolk Flea Market (Military Highway) and is open M-F 11-5:30, Sat & Sun 9-5pm. I have one of their cards.
"Call A.C. @ (757) 724-4226." I'm not sure about that "behind closed doors" thing. They didn't say anything about any, of them, when I asked the place on Pacific (and, near, 11th St.) for any kind of screen.

At that Flea Market, there's another store, also, right along the field where you park.
