I don't believe anyone's identity should be public yet. Let the case be tried in the court instead of in the media. Then release the names of the guilty
(convicted) party/parties and only release the victim's name if the victim allows it.

I'm no big fan of candy-ass rich boys, but it looks like these guys are ruined for something they didn't do.

I agree. Keep the defendant/accuser's name secret until the outcome of the trial. Merely accusing someone of a heinous crime and can ruin their life, even if they are innocent.

But now that we know the accused, I vote for knowing the accuser.

Everyone knew Kobe Bryant's accuser, what's the difference if the accused are "amateurs".
