Breeden Management Company (Apartments)
In 1994, I moved into a roach-infested apartment on Twin Oaks Ln., off of Virginia Beach Blvd., on September 1. Two roommates and I signed a year's lease.
A month, and a half, later, one of my friends moved back home. My other friend and I decided to the go to Boston, for the weekend. Five days after we returned, I went into a coma. The Owners told my family that I was relieved of the lease.
The Breeden Management Company was sold and the new owners came after me for the remaining money left on my lease. I think, it was sold, another time after, and they did the same, also. But, my credit was still ruined.
I had horrible problems dealing with these people and they were very inconsiderate and rude.
