Kyung Sung

Kyung Sung, started in 1982, has been one of the very best Korean restaurants in Hampton Roads. While located in Newport News, people from all over, including Virginia Beach and Richmond, come for the authentic and amazing dishes. We have friends that drive up from Raleigh, NC (over three hours) to dine here, regularly.

I have personally been a frequent customer for twenty years. My favorite dish? Spicy Pork Bolgogi with white rice. With this tasty lunch or dinner portion comes sides of kimchi, potatoes in a sweet sauce, spinach and more.
