Thaijindesu

2180 William Styron Square South, Newport News, VA (P) 757-595-8410

If you are looking for one of the best Thai restaurants in Hampton Roads, come to Thaijindesu. Many of us like to call it "Ken's Place." Prasit "Ken" Khachenrum is the owner and a Master sushi chef. He has been in the business of making "yum" for over twenty years.

You will take delight in the beautiful blue decor and excellent servers. Thaijindesu is located in Port Warwick, one of Newport News' finest dining/shopping areas. If you're a tourist stopping by for the Thai experience (on the way to or from Virginia Beach), be sure to check out some of the local shops. All are locally owned and operated (no chain stored allowed in Port Warwick).

What should you try? Everything is good at Thaijindesu. I would personally recommend the following:

Green curry chicken
or
Siamese fried rice (crab fried rice; ask for a fried egg on top and if you like spicy food, the pepper tray).
