The water is still warm during the early fall! We have received many messages asking if the water is still swim-able, and the answer is YES. When vacationing in the fall to Virginia Beach, you may find it to be your favorite time of year to visit. The beach is still warm, the sun is still hot, and much of the crowds have gone home. You'll be able to enjoy the beach pretty much all to yourself. When finding a spot to set up at the Virginia Beach Oceanfront, you'll notice how much space you have. No more cramming into a spot to set up your beach chairs, blankets, and umbrella. It's nice and roomy during the fall.
