This enjoyable prenatal fitness class will calm you and help to manage stress all while doing gentle stretches that are good for both you AND your baby. Aside from yoga, this course offers collaborations with health experts like doulas, midwives, childbirth educators, and massage therapists to further your knowledge about childbirth and taking care of your newborn baby.
