Run 4 Hope & Family Walkathon @ Mount Trashmore

Mount Trashmore Park this summer season is filling up the Virginia Beach events list! There is so much walking and running FUN at the Mount Trashmore Park. This event is called Run 4 Hope & Family Walkathon. This charity run/walk will benefit the House of Esther Organization. The Annual Run 4 Hope is a 10k Run or a 5k Run! You choose whatever is challenging enough for YOU! Raise money for this charity event. Ask coworkers, friends, and family to support you on your charity run! OR you can build a team and enjoy the run together as a group! Make this VA Beach event a fun one!

Sunday RUNday @ Mount Trashmore Park

Sunday FUNday is one of the most fun Virginia Beach events to get outdoors and RUN! This family friendly event will let the whole family get outside while enjoying fantastic views of the Mount Trashmore Park and burn some energy. Parks & Recreation is teaming up with the Virginia Beach Parks & Recreation Foundation is hosting the FIRST EVER Sunday RUNday celebration. With the Parks & Recreation's 60th Anniversary, it is sure to be a party! There will be a DJ, fitness dance party, games for people of all ages, delicious food trucks, bounce houses, and other types of races!

Food trucks gather at the Mount Trashmore Park for "Eat the Streets" for the Sunday Funday Series at Mount Trashmore. Mount Trashmore Park is really the place to be during the summer season because there is always SO much to do. Bring family and friends for this event to eat delicious foods and then walk through the gardens, go to the skate park, play on the playground, or have a picnic next to the ponds. Mount Trashmore Park is HUGE and is a nice getaway with its pretty views.
