Holiday Parade at the Beach

Saturday, December 3, 2016 - 5:30pm

From 15th Street to 25th Street the Holiday Parade will float along and bring Christmas cheer. The Boardwalk will be filled with giant balloons, fire trucks, dancing groups, marching bands, and wintery wonderland themed floats. More than 70 floats/shows will go past the crowds. And to top it off, Santa will be in attendance to make it an exciting holiday experience for the kids! From 5:30 in the afternoon to 9:00 at night, you will be able to see the Christmas spirit come to life to ring in the holiday cheer! Where better to celebrate Old Saint Nick than the Virginia Beach Oceanfront? This is the perfect Virginia Beach event to attend while on a December vacation. This is definitely a family friendly affair, so bring the whole family! Know any scrooges? Bring them too! This event is sure to put everyone in the mood for presents, sparkling lights, Christmas carols, mistletoe, and the gift of giving! Of course, this is a free event and is open to the public.
