Flipper McCoys

There are quite a few arcades out there that boast the newest and most high-tech games on the market, but only a few still have the classics. Games like the original Pac Man, Galaga, and Asteroids usually get pushed to the back and put to pasture, but at Flipper McCoys, they advertise their pride of their collection of the great oldies.

Do not be mistaken, they still have a large selection of the newer games out today, if you drop in you will be able to find all the high-end games released recently, but if you find yourself craving the classics, this place you just have to check out. I already mentioned that they have Pac-Man, Galaga, and Asteroids, but they also have games like Super Mario Bro’s, Frogger, and Centipede. This is just a small list of the classics they have, it would take a while to mention their list of over one hundred arcade games and video games available.

Arcade games are not only the only type of games they have, in the back they have pool tables and air hockey. They also have games that you can win tickets for some good prizes. I know a few people keep track or DDR (Dance Dance Revolution), and you will be pleased to find out they have one to the left as soon as you walk in.

The Flipper McCoys I visited is located right on Atlantic Ave in Virginia Beach’s Oceanfront. The address is 2212 Atlantic Avenue, Virginia Beach, VA. This is just one of Three located in Virginia Beach and nearby. The others are at 800 S. Lynnhaven Rd, Virginia Beach, Va, and at 932 Glenrock Rd, Norfolk, VA.
